Full Joy Creative, LLC is a family-based boutique consulting firm that centers joy as a throughline to energize our work in strategic planning, research and communications. We believe in equity, access and creating opportunities for all people to feel respected, affirmed and included.
After serving over 20 years in academia as a professor of culture and communication in the United States, Trinidad & Tobago, and Swaziland, Dr. Tia Smith wanted to start a small business where she could spend more time doing things she loved with family while still serving her community to create a world that is just and humane. In 2019, Tia founded Full Joy Creative and enlisted her family as team consultants.
